Took a group of 8 women there for late lunch in March 2010. Everyone was really looking forward to it.

We had booked a table. Taxis were late - we arrived 10 mins late - we had no table!

We waited..... and were finally placed upstairs in the corner. No atmosphere, no glitz or mirrors PLUS no menu, no waiter for 20 minutes. When we received our lunch order it was exactly an hour since we had sat down!

French fries - stone cold. Tea, tasteless and cold. No milk or sugar came with the tea. Sticky table, not wiped.

My group were let down and do not speak well of this establishment. Because of the experience they felt it was a very expensive meal & poor value.

May I recommend Laduree or Mariage Freres instead?
