Four courses for under 25 euros at this very friendly traditional Bistro represents one of the best deals in Paris. Book in advance as it's unsurprisingly very popular. Heavily meat based, the menu offers terrines and rillettes as starters in enormous portions, and hearty stews and steaks as mains, with the coq au vin singled out as "one of the best" in our group. Great frites maison, a bier affine cheeseboard, and then unctious desserts meant that we waddled rather than walked from this charming place. Highly recommended.
