Clown Bar

Only came here for a drink (not food) and found the owner to be absolutely charming and amusing with a very warm welcome despite it being the middle of the afternoon. I had come here for the exceptional and unusual decor which is unique in Paris (Art Deco Circus theme in line with the Cirque D'Hiver nextdoor) but I would return again on the strength of the patron alone. Highly recommended. I can't rate the food yet, but will try very soon.
