L'Auberge Pyrénées Cévennes

This is a restaurant that we have eaten in three times in the past five years. It is located off the beaten path and appears to be a favorite neighborhood place. The chef and his wife are the owners and do an excellent job of making you eating experience a great one. The wines are well prices and the menu, although not expansive has something for everyone. It is one of my favorites because the chef prepares cassoulet that is second to none. If you have ever tasted cassoulet ...you will find this dish here to be superb.

Nice rustic setting...fairly priced wines...and really good food to go along with a friendly staff makes for a great night.
