Boy. So many of my old favorites are no longer open. If this place is still there (and I can't imaging it wouldn't survive even the worst economic depression) you must go. A wonderful, generic bottle of house wine sits on your table as you sit down. Pour -- they will charge you by how much is gone and refill as needed. Top drawer wine? What are you thinking. Good wine - you bet. The signature dish is what you came for, so order it. Throw in an Os a Moelle for starters. This is a Paris restaurant you will send your friends to. (And to which you'll return when you find a way).
