10 out of 10 for the food - I'm not certain, since the truffle menu at Lucas-Carton was incredible - BUT La Fermette Marbeuf is definitely the best dining value in Paris. The food is marvelous, the staff is attentive without being overly impressed with themselves - AND you will be special to them because you are smart enough to be there. I have been recommending this Parisian gem for more than 20 years and everyone has come back with great comments. PS - check out the fine wine values on the list - and I'm a professional Sommelier.

never fails to deliver the goods what value if you only dine once in Paris this is a must try the tasting menu bliss.
