On inital glance, the restaurant looked very good but was totally disappointed with the overall experience at this place. It is quite a large establishment and on the saturday night that i went, the service was appalling - not many waiters about. The seafood platters looked ok - not my thing.

We started with some entrees of snails and prawn fritters - average. Fritters were filled will more vegetable than prawns. As for the main, they seem to have a good selection and i selected the spicy duck and my partner tried the lobster. 73 euros for a small lobster was a bit over the top...... when it came out, not the best money spent there. My duck was not what i had expected.... they cooked it Asian style with 5 spices, had apricot pieces and these thick slabs of fruit bread to fill the plate - disappointed.

We ordered a souffle for dessert and this had to be ordered at the start of the meal........ they seemed to have forgotten this and we had waited for a long time after our main to get this. Once it came out - seemed rush, and at the end was not cooked properly. Ordered a coffee to go with this, but it never came.

In the end spent close to 200 euros and was very disappointed with the place.
