D'Chez Eux

D'Chez Eux is my favorite resturant in all Paris. The food is straightforward, the portions ample and the service attentive. Most of the staff has been there for years. The cassoulet is superb, avoid the blood sasuage (yuck) and try the desert trolley, if you dare. Ask for a tour of the wine cellar, accessed from a trapdoor under the bar, if the staff isn't too busy. For some reason, taxi drivers seem to have trouble finding it. Just tell them behind Napoleon's tomb, or take the Metro to Ecole Militaire and walk.
