Vagenende

Having just read the review on your site of Vagenende, we can only surmise that there must be two establishments of the same name, as we could not recognise the place where 4 of us had a beautiful meal / wine / ambience last March.

It helped that we spoke French, rusty we admit, but the staff were most friendly and professional.

Comments concerning the size of the portions left us wondering, if the correspondent would have been better served eating in an all in one price buffet, such as Furrs in the US, where a person of gargantuan appetite could stuff oneself silly to perection.

Anyone who would tolerate sitting next to the cutlery and not ask to be moved deserves all they get.

We like this restaurant so much we are heading back there in December
