our comments

This restaurant boasts décor dating from the Louis XIII period and only 40 meals are served per sitting. Manuel Martinez, the "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" who formerly manned the stoves at the Tour d'Argent, took over this restaurant with his wife in 1996. Menu options include crab salad, turbot in herbs and creme caramel in fromage blanc.

His Discovery Menu is perfect, he includes the freshest and best dishes and at a very fair price for about 6 courses. When we were there it was just under 100 euros each. So superb and succulent, with great sauces and desserts!
