Appalling - amongst the worst service I have experienced at a fine dining restaurant in North America, Asia, Australasia or Europe. Snooty, stuck-up young waitresses and an endless wait at the expensive bar - the final straw was being promised a window seat in compensation for the poor experience to that point, only to have it taken away because someone glamorous wanted it! I left (without paying for the drinks) and will not be back!

Apart from the partial views of the city and interesting Deco, this place is horrible. We wait in the bar for 1-hour 40 minutes but we were not the only ones there were others diners waiting for the table too. The food is mediocre and took rather too long to be served. I guessed the culprit was the waitress that could not delivered the food faster due the high heels. Go the for a coffee but expend your time and money somewhere else!!!

Georges is a fantastic place to have a romantic, trendy dinner and a must when in Paris! On our arrival we found the staff extremely friendly as we were taken to the bar for an appretif. We then dined on the sunroof terrace where all the tables had long stem red roses on. The food was excellent and well worth the 200 euro plus bill. Our only critisim is that the service was slow at times but the warmth of the staff made up for this. It should also be noted that the menu here is exactly the same as hotel costes.

I've been here twice and wouldn't return. The service is as cold as ice, the food is mediocre and way over priced. Yes, the view is nice, but you can get a good view in many other areas of Paris.
