had some good meals here in the past but having just been this weekend i cannot believe how bad the service has become. two drinks forgotten, wrong bottle of wine an over cooked steak that's after being kept waiting for our table when it had been clearly ready for some time.

one of the worst value meals i have ever had in paris, so overpriced and just not that good. food was just about passable but my steak was over cooked and the salad over dressed and soggy. wine list poor value as well ( 68 euros for an average gevrey ).

seemed to be a lot of well turned out snooty staff doing nothing really a very disappointing and expensive experience.

I only wish we had read these reviews before we went! Other people's experience exactly matches ours - the restaurant has fantastic views of Paris, but otherwise this was a dismal experience. The food and drinks were OK but over-priced but the service was charmless beyond belief. The staff seem to be chosen because they looked good (if you like that sort of thing) rather than because they were good at the job or cared anything about customer service. Take my advice - go to look at the view but don't stay to eat or drink anything.
