One of the oldest Paris Bistrots and the only one to hold a Michelin star. It has now been taken over by the Alain Ducasse team and they have been clever enough to change absolutely..... nothing!
Yes it can be expensive but:
1/ they have a very reasonable set menu that changes regularly
2/ I believe they use top-quality ingredients
3/ service is very profesionnal and friendly
So prices are justified in my opinion. Also, the setting, the crowd (very cosmopolitan) and the atmosphere make Benoit a truly special venue.

It's a very small restaurant next to rue de Rivoli. The decor is very "typiquement français". The service is great, the waitors are kind and are always there for you.
The food ! Muahh !!! Magnifique ! Try the "langue de boeuf" thinly sliced and between each slice of langue, a slice of "foie gras".
I loved it.
To enjoy a long, excellent meal.
