Les Ministeres

Les Ministeres is one of a handful of restaurants I visit whenever I find myself in Paris. The restaurant is generally filled with locals (later in the evening-- remember, the French eat dinner quite late), the food is consistently great, and the service is always friendly. This isn't haute cuisine, but it is high-quality food in a lovely ambiance with great service. Also, it is located very near the Seine and almost directly across from the Hotel Pont Royal. I recommend trying their "menu" which can save a great deal of money and features some of their better dishes.
