Le Jardin des Cygnes

The food and setting at Le Jardin des Cygnes was excellent- as too the wine list. But it is let down by poor, disinterested service and ambiance. The wine waiter didn’t know how to handle wine and had zero interpersonal skills. The piped music veered between slow new age (and bagpipes!) and funeral parlour solemnity – all out of keeping with the stylish art deco environment. The staff prepared the dining room for hotel breakfast the following morning well before diners had finished eating.

this was a superb day in a wonderful setting - a birthday I will not forget - staff were outstanding and food great - the restaurant is stunning

We had the Degestation Menu 99e. The Foie Gras was not the best, but EVERYTHING past that course, was the best. Wine pairings were perfect. Still 2007 and smoking was allowed, the only negative for the ambience.

The Le Jardin des Cygnes, wow what a lovely experience, a special evening was made that much better by the service that we received from the staff here. The presentation of the food was excellent accompanied by a delightful menu and excellent wine choice available. The food was sublime, i recoomend the scallops to start which were superbly cooked. If you are looking for a special evening where you are pampered with wonderful food and excellent service then this restaurant is perfect.
