I first had dinner here in Spring 2008 on a Sunday night at 9:30, unannounced and foot sore. We were made very welcome even at that hour and I determined to go back this August (2009)
The bone marrow with toast and salt was even better than before.
The beef with shallot sauce and green beans was simple and delicious
The wine list was excellent and well priced.
I have nothing but praise for this small owner run restaurant. It feel delightfully ordinary, in that there is no pretension and its simplicity does not mask its excellence
