Benoit is one of the oldest bistrots in Paris.
The decor and the menu are classic Bistro, none of the cheap imitations you'd find in London.
The service is excellent and multilingual (Benoit is owned by the Ducasse group).
The crowd is very cosmoplitan, very "jet-set".
Top food and top service come at a price but it is definiely worth it!
Highly recommended.
