Well if you are in Paris, the best suggestion I could give to you, is to get in this small restaurant and ask for "Ravioles de fromage en sauce d'aubergines", I can guarantee you'll get back to this place the day after and the day after again. It's a mystical experience of Haute Cuisine.
The first time I went to this place I had to go in the backroom to say thanks to the cook from the depths of my essence.
