Chez Janou was one of our favorite restaurants. I loved the young staff and patrons. It is a lively, fun and cheerful place with good, solid Provençal cuisine.

this is not a good restaurant -- far too noisy, hot and over-packed; it had some of the worst-behaved diners I have ever encountered in Paris. The food is mediocre, and the waiters seemed more intent on squeezing ever last drop of money from their customers than fgiving real service.
