Gorgeous ! Innovative, very precise in terms of cooking, witty. A bit expensive (rather succesfull) but a real treat for food lovers. True that they are sometimes a bit laid back with the opening hours but it would be too bad to miss it. Anyway, you had better book your table because the place can only accomodate 14 guests. Tiny, you may smell like cooking after dinner but definitely worth it ! Very surprising japanese cuisine : ginger and lemon soft drink as apéritif, refreshing and subtle, pear soup as a starter very well balanced between sweet and salty, utterly pleasant, excellent home made gyoza (japanese raviolis), astonishing tuna "cru/cuit" (very rare, almost raw) served among many other dishes. The menus include several different dishes that allow you to discover different tastes and textures. And for dessert, my very favourite Green Tea Tiramisu which is to die for. Last time I went there, there were three menus, between roughly 39 and 55 euros for the grand tour (you taste almost everything that is being cooked this evening, better be hungry ! Everything is prepared according to "le marché du jour" (the grocery shopping of the day). Fresh and excellent. Enjoy
