While in Paris two weeks ago, my husband and I had a wonderful meal at Le Souffle. The souffles were light and fluffy and the servers were very friendly and attentive. We started with the cheese souffle; the salmon souffle for the main course and finished with the Grand Marnier souffle. We topped it off with a glass of Cassis. Reservations are necessary. If you are staying at the Westin it is just across the street.

We have eaten here too many times to count. This is my favorite restaurant in Paris and the one where we take anyone who comes to visit us. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. Plus, eating dinner here will not make a huge dent in your wallet like most restaurants in the City of Lights. An incredible value for Paris.
