Best souffles...Worst service...Do Not Honor Reservations!

Even though I made a reservation IN PERSON three days before...when I arrived with two guests I was told my reservation was not being honored.

I live in Paris...have dined at the restaurant several times. Because the souffles are so good I have tolerated the poor service...but not honoring a reservation just makes the souffle go flat.

This type of French dining arrogance is just so OVER!
