Mark Singer's resturant was a delight, He was in an area that was far from the main arrondisement of the City. I travelled there often and was always pleased with the quality and the service I received. I looked foward to visiting his new location. He is such a great Chef and communicater . Thanks Mark for all the great happenings.
I also wish his new owner a wonderful future.

We found this restaurant on our last night in Paris, and happily so. The price for the menu was good at 36 euro/person. The restaurant was small with two little dinning rooms. Aparently it was our lucky day because we were one of ten dinners that night. They were closing for a week after dinner service. Our food choices were good. I was able to satisfy my curiosity for inventive cuisine with a wasabi sorbet served with my langoustine starter. The wines were great. We arrived for dinner shortly before 8pm and left satisfied around 12am. The service is not fast, but the pause between courses was welcome. The atmousphere was cozy. The chef was kind enough to come out and translate the menu for us silly American tourists. On several occasions during the meal the chef came out to check on us, and the other table in our dinning room. We spent more than thrity minutes after the meal chatting with the chef about travel, food, wine, and life. I left feeling like this was the meal I had been searching for long before we got to Paris and I didn't want to go home without. The only thing I yet to comment on is... I left feeling a like I was a hillbilly cousin who was lucky to have spent the time in the midst of greatness...
