Mum & I came to Paris for 1 day in October last year and this place was the highlight. Without doubt the best omlette & quiche ever tasted! The Mont Blanc & hot chocolate are well worth coming for alone. It's a bit pricey but the food is so good it's worth every penny. There are often queues so allow plenty of time. I would go back to Paris just to visit Angelina again.

I love this place. Me and my family came to Paris in April of last year. I loved the hot chocolate. The pastries were yummy too. I would recommend Angelina to others.

I recently went here with my wife while we were in Paris for the weekend for her birthday. We were walking down the Rue de Ravioli after visting the Louvre (it is the main street alongside the Louvre). We were fairly hungry and looking for another place which is mentioned in the Lonely Planet guide. However we couldn't find it but walked past this place which had a massive cue. It naturally got our attention and we decided to cue.
Wow - it was definitely worth the wait!! You can either go for just a hot drink and dessert or also have a main course. We did both. The food is very good but their real speciality is their hot chocolate. An amazing thick and luscious chocolate drink like nothing I've ever tasted before. Unlike other hot chocolates this really tastes like melted chocolate. The only thing is that it is very sweet so having the drink with one of their desserts can get a bit much. But it was so good we decided to their again the next day.

I took a day in Paris for myself, and I think I had the best lunch of my lifetime at this restaurant. It may be considered touristy, but who cares if the food is that good. The hot chocolate is phenomenal, as are the pastries. It's an excellent stop if you are visiting the Louvre. I also had good service. Enjoy!

My best friend and I traveled to Paris last year and stayed around the corner from Angelina's. We stopped one day for lunch and had an equally rude experience with the waitstaff and I probably wouldn't recommend an actual meal there. HOWEVER, the crossaints are amazing and the chocolates are amazing. I definitely DO recommend stopping by and ordering something from the counter to take with you. I went back almost every morning to get a crossaint for breakfast...and I really never liked them, until then. They just aren't the same in the U.S., but definitely do not miss stopping by and ordering something to go.

We had breakfast here every morning for a week the last time I was in Paris. If you order an American style breakfast its pricey but for a pain au chocolate and a cafe au lait, its not. Loved everything about it, the service, the atmosphere, the chocolate. Granted if you come in dressed like some sloppy tourist you won't get good service but my fiance and had no problems. No sneakers, no ripped up jeans or tacky tee-shirts. The maitre-de even noticed us and introducted himself on the final days making personally sure that our table was good and the service was good. Fabulous!

This tea house/restaurant was one of my favorite places. I was in Paris for one week and every other morning I had to get my hot African chocolate fix. I can honestly say that I almost OD on chocolate..almost.
