you stay in line but you have the choice to do it or not.... so if you wait you can get that incredible tender entrecote with the famous sauce with a secret recipee and such splendid deserts... so if you don't like queing up go away the waiting time will be shorter for the others....

I am sorry to have to say that I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant. They do not take reservations, so there is always a long queue outside and you cannot be guaranteed a table. However, last Saturday, I made the effort to arrive early and queued for 45 minutes. When I at last arrived at the head of the queue, an extremely unfriendly elderly waitress gave me a table without even making eye contact, until she realised I was by myself. She asked where the other person I was dining with was, and I explained that my boyfriend had just called to say he was around the corner and would be there in 30 seconds. I was very rudely told that, even if he arrived in 30 seconds, she didn't care- he was not there at that moment so I had to leave immediately and queue again as soon as he arrived, if I wanted a table. Naturally I was rather upset and angry at being told so rudely to leave after having queued for so long and having been sat down at a table, when my boyfriend was just about to arrive. He turned up just as I was leaving the restaurant but the waitress was not interested. I watched her then have an argument with another customer. Very disappointing. I will not be returning.
