In addition to the inventiveness of Patrick Pignol’s modern cuisine and the hip yet calm atmosphere, many people are drawn to his inflexible policy on ingredients. For Pignol ingredients must be so fresh that his menu only contains whatever can be found currently in season. This not only guarantees the freshest and finest vegetables available, but a changing menu that reflects nature’s whims just as much as the chef’s.- November 2004

We have gone to this restaurant several times over the last ten years. We find the food to be of top quality, with excellent presentation, great service and wine that is top notch. We include this restaurant as a 'must' on our Paris visits. Excellent!!
